E-shop is a web platform that allows you to buy a Stellantis group vehicle online from those available on the platform.

To purchase one of our cars online, simply configure the desired model and click 'Order Online.' You'll need to enter your personal information, select the dealership for vehicle delivery, and choose your preferred payment method. If you wish to finance the vehicle, you'll be directed to the Stellantis Financial Services platform to complete the request and document upload. The online purchase and financing request process takes approximately 45-60 minutes.

You can independently configure your desired vehicle and easily order it online with just a few clicks. If you change your mind, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return it.

On the platform, you can purchase your vehicle by choosing from new vehicles, ready for delivery, or vehicles with 0 km.

Ready-for-delivery vehicles are new, unregistered vehicles currently available from official Stellantis dealerships.

The vehicles will enjoy the same warranty that the parent company offers for all its vehicles. For new vehicles, this warranty will be valid from the day of delivery. For already registered vehicles, subject to any remaining legal warranty, the warranty will have a minimum duration of 12 months, subject to agreement with the customer.

Registration       

After finding the vehicle that suits your needs, you can easily purchase it online by accessing or creating a new account on the eCommerce platform. Then, you can choose your preferred payment method from the available options. If you decide to pay without financing, your vehicle order will be considered finalized after making a deposit of €500 via credit card. The final balance for the vehicle can be paid later, outside the platform, according to the agreed-upon terms with the selected dealership. If you opt for financing, you won't need to pay any deposit online. Instead, you'll only need to submit a financing request on the website and wait for approval from Stellantis Financial Services. Your vehicle order will be confirmed once the financing is approved by Stellantis Financial Services. Afterward, the dealership will contact you to discuss further details regarding the remaining non-financed amount and vehicle delivery.

Purchase   

The vehicle will be paid for according to the payment method you selected on the website. Specifically, you can purchase the vehicle without financing, or you can apply for financing online through Stellantis Financial Services. If you choose to purchase without financing, you will need to pay an online confirmation deposit of 500 euros, and the final balance will be settled at the dealership you have selected. If you opt for financing, there will be no need to pay an online confirmation deposit, and after finalizing the order, you will make the payment for the remaining non-financed amount at the dealership you have chosen.

After configuring your car, you can choose to pay all or part of the price through Stellantis Financial Services financing. Simply select the financial solution that best suits your needs, upload the required documents, and provide the necessary creditworthiness evaluation information. The repayment of your financing installments can be made through automatic debiting from your bank account (SEPA).

For purchases without financing, the payment process consists of two separate steps. To finalize the vehicle order, you will need to pay an online confirmation deposit of 500 euros via credit card. The remaining balance will be settled with the selected dealership, after which you will coordinate the most suitable payment method.

The 500€ deposit is required only for purchases without financing and is made on the website using a VISA or Mastercard credit card. This deposit is not required if you choose to purchase with financing.

If you select a vehicle for immediate delivery or one that is already registered, the associated dealership is automatically linked to the selected vehicle because it is in their inventory. However, for the purchase of a new vehicle configured to your specifications, you will need to choose your preferred dealership before making the purchase.

It is not possible to purchase more than one vehicle simultaneously on the platform. Each vehicle requires a separate purchasing process.

The platform does not provide a valuation for your used vehicle. However, you can arrange a potential trade-in directly with the dealership, which will be handled as a separate transaction and will not modify the online purchase contract.

The purchase is personal and cannot be transferred. If a friend is interested in the offer, they can register separately.

We use a secure payment system on the e-shop to keep your transaction information confidential. We will not have access to your credit card number, and it will not be stored in our systems.

The online price does not include the following costs for new vehicles that have not yet been registered: IPT (click here to find out the amount of the Provincial Transfer Tax), PFU (tire disposal cost of 6.94 euros + VAT), any scrappage cost (250 euros), and potential CO2 Malus (click here to discover the Ecotax amount). For km0 vehicles, the only excluded cost is the change of ownership.

The purchase contract is signed online by accepting the general sales conditions visible on the order summary page. Accepting the conditions has legal significance and is equivalent to signing the contract. You will receive a copy of the accepted general sales conditions in the order confirmation email.

The dealership will contact you for the final steps required for the delivery of your vehicle. This includes payment of the vehicle price balance or the remaining non-financed amount, managing any potential eco-bonus request, and scheduling the delivery date for your vehicle.

To cancel your order, you will need to send a cancellation email to your dealership. If you have paid an online deposit and your financing has not been approved, you should send the cancellation request to Stellantis Financial Services at digitalsales@stellantis-financial-services.com

New vehicles in stock and already registered at dealerships have delivery times of up to 30 days. For new vehicles ordered according to customer specifications, delivery times depend on the manufacturing capacity of the parent company and will be specified in the final stage of the online purchase.

The purchase of vehicles is reserved only for customers who acquire them exclusively for personal or professional use. The purchase of vehicles for commercial purposes with the intention of reselling them to third parties is prohibited. The Seller reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel the order for the vehicle or vehicles if, based on objective evidence, it can reasonably infer the commercial purpose of reselling the vehicle by the Customer.

Financing

No, financing can only be requested by the person who initiated the online purchasing process after logging into the E-shop platform. If the names are different, the financing request will be canceled.

Certainly, on the E-shop platform, you can request to purchase the vehicle with Stellantis Financial Services financing: fast, simple, and entirely online. Choose the financial solution that best suits your needs, upload the required documents, complete the necessary information, and digitally sign the contract.

During the online financing request phase, you will need to provide the following documents:

  • Photo ID documents, preferably a driver's license or digital identity card
  • Health insurance card• Proof of income based on the declared occupation: the latest payslip for employees, the Model Unico and Receipts of Presentation for self-employed individuals, pension statement for retirees
  • A document confirming your IBAN code (utility bill/bank statement/home banking screenshot)
  • Residence permit if residing outside the EU

The response to the online financing request will be communicated via email within an average of 2 working days and no later than 5 working days after digital signature.

Stellantis Financial Services is the reference bank for Stellantis Group vehicles.

Stellantis Financial Services offers online financing with a final installment that allows you to customize the financial structure by choosing a duration of 24, 36, or 48 months and the down payment you prefer. At the end of the contract, you will have the option to return the car, settle the residual value, or replace the car.

Stellantis Financial Services financing can be requested online on the E-shop platform by adult individuals who are purchasing the vehicle.

In case the financing is not granted, you will be promptly informed via email, and the order associated with your purchase will be automatically canceled on the E-shop.

Once you have uploaded the documents and information, you will need to complete remote identification by recording a video and digitally signing the contract through the platform. To complete remote video identification, you will only need to have a photo ID document and your mobile phone to enter the one-time OTP (One Time Password) code sent to you via SMS.

Ecobonus

Yes, if the vehicle meets the conditions set by the regulations and subject to the availability of the related state funds. If the vehicle you have purchased is eligible for the eco-bonus, the dealership will be responsible for providing you with all the necessary documentation for the bonus application to the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE). You will need to declare whether you have a scrapping during the phase before selecting the vehicle's payment method. In this phase, you will need to read the conditions for the extra discount's applicability, and once you have declared the presence or absence of the scrapping, the online purchase price will be updated automatically.

If it is no longer possible to benefit from the eco-bonus for the purchased vehicle due to the depletion of state funds, you can decide whether to continue your purchase or cancel it without any penalties by contacting your reference dealership.

Electric and Hybrid cars

ELECTRIC VEHICLES (BEV): These vehicles operate with a 100% electric motor that needs regular charging through an external source, such as a public charging station or home charging. HYBRID CARS (Mild Hybrid): These cars have two engines, one electric and one traditional internal combustion engine. The battery is recharged solely during driving by capturing energy released during braking and supports the internal combustion engine in high-consumption situations, such as during acceleration. They do not require external charging and cannot travel in 100% electric mode. PLUG-IN HYBRID CARS (PHEV): These cars also have two engines, one electric and one traditional internal combustion engine, both of which can independently power the vehicle. The car has a battery that allows for 100% electric driving with varying levels of autonomy depending on the model. The battery can be charged through an external source, such as a public charging station or home charging.

Depending on the chosen vehicle, the benefits include reduced CO2 emissions for hybrid vehicles or zero emissions for electric vehicles, quieter operation, access to restricted traffic zones, reduced or free parking fees, lower maintenance costs, and tax incentives.

There are several options for charging your vehicle at home: The standard cable allows you to connect the car directly to a domestic power outlet. For home charging, a minimum 3KW installation is required, ideally 6KW for faster vehicle charging. The Wallbox device is an intelligent and easy-to-install socket that, with adjustments to your electricity supply contract, reduces charging times and manages energy loads to prevent blackouts.

Charging information is available through dedicated apps and on the vehicle's infotainment system.

Charging speed depends on various factors, including the charging power (kW), the vehicle's battery capacity, the type of cable used, and the maximum power accepted by the vehicle's internal charger.

If equipped with a navigation system, the vehicle constantly updates you on the nearest charging points through a location tracking system.

Batteries are guaranteed for up to 8 years with mileage ranging from 160,000 to 240,000 kilometers.
